By accessing or using SourceFinder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SourceFinder to:
Upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt our service
Use automated systems (bots) without permission
Intellectual Property
The SourceFinder service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Copyright and DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on SourceFinder infringes your copyright, email contact@source-finder.com with:
Your name and contact info
A description of the copyrighted work
Where the infringing content appears (a link or screenshot)
A statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your info is accurate and you own or are authorized to act for the owner
Your physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringers
We will remove infringing content on valid notice and may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
User Content
You retain ownership of any media or links you submit. By submitting content, you grant SourceFinder a license to use, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Third-Party Content
SourceFinder may display or link to videos, media, and information from third-party platforms. We do not own, control, or endorse this content and make no guarantees about its accuracy, legality, or availability. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you upload or submit and for your use of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SourceFinder is not liable for user content or for any claims arising from it.
Prohibited Content
You may not upload or submit:
Pornographic or sexually explicit content
Any content that sexualizes or exploits minors (CSAM), which we report to the relevant authorities
Content depicting graphic violence, or content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
Reporting and Removal
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice. To report a violation, email contact@source-finder.com.
Service Availability
We strive for high accuracy in finding video sources but cannot guarantee results for every video. Service availability may be subject to maintenance or third-party platform changes.
Subscriptions and Payments
Premium subscriptions provide access to enhanced features and are billed through your Apple ID account.
Subscription Terms:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the current subscription price
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase
No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law
Introductory Offers:
New subscribers may be eligible for a 1-week introductory offer
If you cancel during the introductory period, you will not be charged
After the introductory period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the regular price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the introductory period ends
Introductory offers are available once per Apple ID and cannot be combined with other offers
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
SourceFinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
By using SourceFinder, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
